Vladimir Grigoriev

Vladimir Grigoriev is deputy head of the Russian Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communication. Grigoriev, who has said, “Russian literature should know no boundaries,” was a founder of the publishing house Vagrius and the prestigious Big Book award.
